ok so i purchased myself a copy of gears of war on friday the limited edition version and what can i say it is by far one of the only games i can honestly say that when i played the first level i just had a blast!! the sound, the graphics, the overall presentation screams PLAY ME!

i really hope that 360 games will improve an begine to look like this from now on. i dont have a ps3 and although i could see myself getting one games on the system better live up to the enjoyment i am currently getting out of g.o.w!!!!!!!!!!!

weird thing is that they are all fps's i didnt think i was that big into shooters but i guess come to think of it they are all i really play. anyone else think that fps's have crawled under the radar because there are so many of them an have become your favourute genre?

ok well i got the black ds lite with not brain age but new super mario brothers an i can say that its........................................ awesome!!!! i play it all the time an to my surprise my parents and issters also enjoy playing it!!! i will get brain age tommorow most likely an cant wait to see what thats like so until then...

ok well its now 9.35 sunday an i have finally decided to give in and ge myself a nintendo ds the reason u ask?? well im jus after finishing my part time work for the summer holidays and i wanted to treat myself to something an what could possibly be more fun than a new console or handheld ah whatever. my local game retailer gamestop is selling the ds lite with a game you can choose (out of a list of ten that is) some of the games on offer are brain age, sonic rush,etc... i for one have decided all but surely to go wit brain training as no other game interests me, also i think brain training looks to be the most fun and that is after all why im getting a ds for fun not for graphics or long hours of gameplay jus quick bursts on the bus, on long journeys etc... after all i would have gotten a psp if i wanted graphics. so anyways to wrap things up i will get my ds tommorow and update my blog with my thoughts on the new handheld until then cye later!!!

well hello again i am jus after coming online for a little check to see what the latest news is. i was delighted to hear about this bi-annual update the m'soft is planning for the already great 360. this problems the soon to be downloadable update will fix are small but present problems with the system. i think everyone is particulrly excited about the fact that you can now download an play games at the same time, this is great as i think everyone was gettin a little bit bored watching that screen for a couple of hours.

i am also very glad to see that microsft plan on releasing these updates regularly this will keep the system up to date an running smoothly .

well hello fellow gamespotters i jus wanted to share my thoughts with you guys on my 360 which i got for christmas last year. i am sitting beside it now and i cant help thinking that it really has impressed me like no other console has and lets not forget its so early in its lifetime, the 360 has some great games on offer ranging from racing like burnout revenge to tactical shooting like ghost recon also lets not forget oblivion this si a game that has redefined its genre on the 360. also the prospects for the future iis what really gets the blood pumping i feel lucky to own a 360 now with the quality of games on the horizon like gears of war, halo 3 and other personal series favourited like resi 5 etc.. thats not to say i mightnt get my hands on a ps3 (600$!!!!!) but as it stands i really feel that microsoft has launched one hell of a console and one that sony will have a tough time beating into submission...

well i woke up today at 8.30 this morning and went to school. why is it that when im in school sitting in biology i cant think of anything but gamespot and what it would be like to work there man u guys have it good over there i havent even been to america let alone sanfrancisco a place i would love to visit. i hope you guys realise how good you have it over there in gamespot land grrrrr.
