do the quests around town either for the don or the order and the'll give you a way out..... not rocket science
it's a casual game with little depth thats why you feel its overhyped. For some people thats fun but for me it was a massive disappointment after tfc and yes the spies are ridiculously overpowered along with scouts. A watch that allows spies to cloak indefinitely? how skilless and retarded a fanbase must you have to introduce something like that.
You can understand and clock this game in a few hours, there really is very little in it, the've introduced hats, f**king hats because the gameplay is so shallow that they need to entice people with **** like that to keep people playing. Your initial reaction is right the game is a shallow pile of valve turd which follows the new valve dogma of lets suck in the cash cow that is the casual players. Whereas this may be good for them it means the game has no depth at all and gets boring extremely fast especially if you've been playing other first person shooters.
And no I dont suck at the game,I played tfc for 8 years. Ignore the fanboys your gut instinct is right, everyone I know who still plays it admits that the're only playing it cause they don't have anything better to play, you made a bad purchase move on.
TEAM FORTRESS CLASSIC also had TEAM in the name and yet it didnt make each class so rigid and unflexible and yes there are balance issues the scout and the spy are ridiculously overpowered now then again so was tfc in the early stages he is right to say that there are balance issues, its like valve are pandering to ppl who have absolutely no skill at shooters with the scout and spy updates i mean really a bat that stops you from responding and a cloak that never runs out?
If you think the game is perfect in its current state maybe you shud stop sucking valve c**k and luk up for a sec
tf2 is for casual gamers, thats why its so shallow and doesn't require much skill, if you want to keep playing a game it needs depth which tf2 does not have i meant they introduced hats what does that tell you about the gameplay its simple and easy to master and whereas this may not appeal to most hardcore online gamers it does appeal to the casual crowd or to people who get pwned in other games.
The very fact that you are dependant on your team to attack means that pub games will vary in their quality depending on your team. The games got a very shallow learning curve which if you have played tfc before like I did for 8 years you mastered it the day you brought it and were left wondering in shock what the **** have i brought omg it cant be this shallow.
Play some Solitaire and Minesweeper

What's wrong jealous that the pc has the best mplayer games out there?
I already have a high end pc, the thing is all the 360 games I like will come to the pc eventually I'm in no rush to play them, the ps3 has games that probably won't come to pc so im in a conundrum. Tbh in my mind heavy rain is pushing me towards ps3 although they might release a pc version in which case that argument is moot, so I'm not sure. I'd like to play halo 3 splitscreen but then I dont want to get rrod plus I could get the arcade which is cheaper but 360 controllers require recharger packs whereas ps3 ones don't and then there's the long term thing of the blu ray player which though i'm not interested in at the moment I could be in the future. What good split screen games are there on ps3? Would the ps3 work on a non hdcp pc monitor? Which console has the better/cheaper 2nd hand market?
With the price cut for the 360 elite and the release of the ps 3 slim I've been seriously considering getting a console which I only half pondered before.
I have a good gaming pc which can run crysis on very high and which I use for any multiplayer needs so I'm not interested in Xbox Live or PSn.
The blu ray player on the ps3 is a meh cuz I don't really buy dvds especially not blu ray which is over priced tbh.
The games I want on the 360 are fable 2, gears of war 2 and halo 3 and Alan wake. However these games should come to the pc soon?
The only game im really interested in on the ps3 is heavy rain apparently that might stay a ps3 exlusive though people aren't sure. I wouldn't mind playing other games like resistance, killzone or mgs4 but the're nothing special to me.
I'd like to play the ninja gaiden games thought I don't think the're worth getting a console solely for.
Which console has the better split screen games?
I don't have a hdtv just a standard 30" plus a 19" pc monitor which isn't hdcp compliant would the pc monitor work as a screen?
Does the xbox still get rrod and which is better arcade or elite seeing as I dont intend to use xbox live or download demos etc.
Which is better the old 80gb ps3 or the new slim, I read the new slim is slower at reading and does tend to get a bit hot after some playtime. I found an old 80gb for £190 online whereas the slim is £250.
Thx for your help, much appreciated.
I spent something like 40 hours playing the campaign in co-op mode with a friend and found it awesome. I've never played single player I don't think it would be as fun as coop. Online they got rid of the benefits of nids synapse, unless they put that back in I won't even begin considering playing it again.
