First off let me say that this game has been the one( besides Resident Evil 5) that i have been waiting for since the Sega version came out. I am a very big fan of the Ghostbusters universe, hell i still have my movie ticket stub from 84' when i was 7 year's of age. Anyway i have read and heard so many blog's, post's and rants about how it has been delayed. Also the arcade demo mess up the they had corrected. Pretty much screwing up our slime lives. My thoughts are that this is just a stunt to turn this game into big cash in. There as been alot of news with games in the media allot more now then say 10 or 12 year's ago. Remember when Mortal Kombat and Night Trap was a big deal in the early 90's. The movie industry is now scared and losing profit from games now and more so in the future. So why not promote games like movies? Get the hype going, tease a littel. All we hear about in the news and media is about games making controversy like Man Hunt 2, The Grand Theft Auto game's, Fall Out 3 and so on. But those are the one's that sell the most and make headlines. Just like what Ghostbusters is doing now. Just in a different pro mo.The street date is the 21 of October and that has not changed in 99% of all the major store's and game sites. So i am sticking with my guns on this date. As for the demo, i think there will be on in a few weeks.I am on pin and needles just like the rest. And if it doesn't get released until 09......at least we have RE 5 and Dead Space to play with until then. Im Nosferatusbutt and your not!
