Gears 2 easily

I hate to say this but after playing the R2 beta it is going to be an AA GAME

The game is virtually the same thing with more players in the mutliplayer anda co op mode

the graphics are nice but they dont even compare to GEOW2

gears is pretty much going to destroy resistance 2 in every aspect

Which means gameplay wise resistance 2 is a generic FPS

the multiplayer was fun no doubt about that

but gears 2 has it beaten in gameplay graphics and multiplayer

and the modes are alot cooler in gears 2 also

you were playing the wrong beta then cuz r2 is not 99% identical as r1. sorry

It has an aa average score across the board

just accept it

Dont we only use gamespot scores?

expect an 8 on gamespot because it sure as heck isnt getting any higher then an 8.5

Which will drop its score even lower into the 80's making it an AA game at best

I feel bad for those who thought this game could hang with gears 2 :(

I had my doubts when they said 08 would be the year of the PS3 but these past two months have been amazing. Resistance 2, Mortorstorm: PR, LBP, Socom (The game actually is really good and the servers are much better now). Plus we still have all the great multiplats and of course Valkiria Chronicles to look forward to. I really think Sony is starting to get things right this gen and is making its mark with the PS3 as it did with the PS1 and PS2.

Hopefully they will continue this next year and more PSP support would be great.
