yes but the former is much much better(althogh you havta endure with ur old buster til sigma palace 3)

actually,in mega man powered up,u CAN create ur own stages although u got the very basic construction stages, u can still collect more by finding them(hidden)in most normal stages.whats more,you can pleay EZ mode:):):)well theres more...challenges...complete all 100 to unlock a new guy(Protoman)...play as boss characters...etc.
