Unimpressed

Allow me to be honest. My PlayStation 2 gaming has left me disappointed as of late. Honestly, both Need For Speed Carbon and Final Fantasy XII have left me lacking. Guild Wars, on the other hand, has become a game that I cannot live without. Am I becoming addicted? Yes. But am I sad or disappointed by it? Not at all. Guild Wars is providing me with limitless hours of enjoyment, truly. My Guild is successful, we have an active Alliance, and I am getting farther in the story line of each installment every day. On the other hand, I almost finished Need For Speed Carbon in two days, which I am now very stuck on, and totally confused as to why it is so hard. And as for Final Fantasy XII... I am still unsure as to how to lean on this one. The game is visually amazing, and I love it. But, after hearing it from other people as well, and it starting to sink in, the battle system is very different. I'm not necessarily calling it BAD just yet, but, it definately is interesting. And it's not necessarily easy either. So, I'm still holding off on the review for it. I may not even write one at all. We'll see. But, I am quite excited for Supreme Commander, which, yes, is not coming out until next year, but since I love Total Annihilation, of which I recently reinstalled onto my computer, I know that I'll love this one as well. So, as it looks, PC gaming has taken center stage, which is different for me, as I used to be, and still kind of am, a console gamer. Well, I hope that I did not bore you with my random gaming-related rambling. Thanks for reading.
