A new model with a price cut and no problems of overheating like the slim one and it will definitely help boost of the ps3 sales . I past two ps3 already my fatty one die due to the yellow light of death and the slim one overheating , I was about to buy a 3rd one last year waiting for a new model or price cut and sony only cut $50 to the price which was not enough for me to get another one so i switch to 360

Impressive But I dont think is worth it $250 on this market with so much gaming competition , not even 200 .

I checked at Gamestop today cause im thinking about getting a 360 and they had no idea that a matte 250 gb 360 was on the way .

I really want to this to come up soon before battefield 3 beta comes out .....

yes i got YLOD and is not news worthy and not the 1st one thats for sure.

My 250 gb slim got YLOD after a little more than one year . and this is my second ps3 ( 1 st 40 gb fat got a dead blue ray drive ) . the problem is that sony dont aknoledge this problems and let the customer deal with it . they want 150 to fixed and is no gurantee .

If only sony customer service was better . they should admit the problem and send you a new ps3 when this happens . but they are already losing to much money like to do this . Microsoft sends u a new x-box when the console have issues right away . (I dont own an x-box )
