Bought it a while ago off a generous friend for $150. How much would this go on eBay or something?

Specs:

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT

Processor: Intel E7200 @ 2.53 GHz

Memory: 2GB RAM

OS: Windows 7 64 bit

I know I didn't really go into detail. But if theres anything else you need to know to appraise it, please tell me. Thanks :)

Thanks. What about my second question? Would my 430W PSU be sufficient enough to power the 5750?

Is it? Here are the rest of my current specs:

Intel Core Duo E7200

2 GB RAM

430 PSU

Hoping to improve performance of GTA 4 and Crysis.

Also, would the 430 PSU be sufficient enough to power the 5750?

How big is the difference between the two? I know the 5770 is better, but is it really worth the extra money?

My current setup plays GTA 4 on low settings... Which isn't fun at all... I also want to improve performance of Crysis.

Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Wolfdale 2.53GHz

nVidia 8600GT

2 GB of RAM

My budget is a maximum of 150$... With my budget, should I go for the Radeon 5750HD?

I bought Grand Theft Auto 4 and it performed pretty poorly. Crysis is playable but I feel like I'm not getting the full potential of the game at medium settings.

My budget is about 100$.

I downloaded Rivastuner and did some overclocking. The default for my card's core clock is 540 and shader clock is 1188. I increased it to 613 and 1348, respectively. Is that okay?

Can I do more? How do I know when I'm doing too much? Also, how can I check my card's temperature?

So I'm at the quest in the game where you are initiated into the Gray Wardens and have to collect vials of Darkspawn Blood in the forest. Up to this point, I still am sketchy with the combat system. There seems to be too many things to be going on at once, and I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to do.

How long did it take you guys to fully comprehend the combat system?

[QUOTE="o_hai_david"]

I need one that will allow me to play online without a problem. The distance between the desktop and the router + modem is only a couple feet. Anyone know of a good one out there? (Hopefully not too expensive?)

I was on Newegg checking some out but most had mixed reviews. And I don't know if the reviewers were online gamers.

Nibroc420

a few feet? why not wire it?

They are in two different rooms. There is a wall that divides them and my apartment only has one coaxial outlet. Its more like 10 feet. :P
