I hated it. The first 20 minutes were decent but it broke off the books story line and turned into a happy ending. It took the trajic and classic novella by Richard Matheson and turned it into a heroic story> They should have given it a different title so a movie actually based on the book could be made. I'm cool with movie adaptations of books but at least base it on the damn book or don't use it's name.

I gave it a 5/10 on IMDb

Oh, and the CGI sucked. I wish they would use makeup instead of CGI. The vampire/zombies/giant bald rodents looked stupid as hell.
