Well I'm having the same issues with my PS3 again. I just had the damn thing supposedly fixed from Sony which was complete crap. So I dusted off the 360 and started playing Lost Odyssey. I'm about an hour into it and it seems pretty cool so far. I just wish my PS3 wasn't broke, I'm more of a Sony person that the Xbox but at least I have something to play for the time being. There's a lot of new stuff coming out for the PS3 that I want, I'm really looking forward to Uncharted 3, it looks epic.

So what are your suggestions about what to do with the PS3? Should I try and send it back to Sony again or should I go out and buy a new one and lose my backwards capability. I just havwe so many PS2 games that I still enjoy playing. Oh well I would like to hear your guys suggestions.

I just got God of War III, well I put it in my PS3 and I got about 15 mins in to the game and the all the sudden the screen goes blank and I hear three quick beeps and then nothing. My first thoughts were WTF? So I tried turning the system back on with the controller and nothing. So I get up turn it back on and get the error message " Your system was cut off improperly blah blah blah. So I re try the game and this time I only get about five mins of game time in before the same thing happens again. Then I thought well maybe its running hot because I was just playing FF-XIII for awhile, so I let the system sit over night. I get up the next morning and the same thing happens. So I call Sony and they tell me since I have one of the originals it's out of warranty and for me to send it in for service, which is going to cost me around $178.00 for everything. I'm thinking of doing this because I still have a lot of PS and PS2 games that I still enjoy playing or haven't finished yet.

What are your thoughts on this and have you guys ever had this happen to you?

Me like many of you I am playing Final Fantasy XIII. I have just been running through the Gran Pulse area doing mission's and what not well I finally decided to get back to the actual game play, well I made to through the area with just a few minor set backs, lol. I got to the part where you have to battle Vanille's summon Hecatoncheir, OMG!!! That was the hardest battle thus far for me in the game. I bet I faced him over 50 times before I beat him last night. So this blog is a little celebration blog for my victory!!!!

Well it's been forever since I've posted a new blog on here, so I decided I would drop a few lines and see what my gamespot friends have been up to. Well as most of you know I have not been very active on here for the last year or so and that come to life, there for awhile I got a serious girlfriend so most of my time was devoted to her. But that all has came to a bittersweet end. Now it's back to gaming. I didn't completely quit my gaming while I was with her but it was a serious lag of picking up the controller, I can tell you guy's that.

There are a few games that I did play and never finished, Star Ocean the last hope and the last remnant. I picked up the Last Remnant the other day and the reason I never finished that game, is the same reason I can't finish it now. I'm having a hell of a time with the conqueror. I get past his minion's no problem but when it comes to fighting him, he just totally obliterates my party. It's very frustrating. And I guess the reason for not finishg Star Ocean, I guess I just lost interest there at the very end. But now that I have some time, I can catch up on some stuff I missed. I started Dragon Age the other day and I'm real excited about the March titles that are coming out i.e. Final Fantasy XIII and God of War III.

So what have you all been playing and up to? I would love to know!!!

Just wondering has anyone experienced a problem with there PSP slim when going to save ? On every game that I have for it with the exception of my Final Fantasy games my PSP freezes up when I go and try to save my games . If so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated to help fix my problem. I really want this problem fixed before I go pick up my copy of Crisis Core this weekend, that's gonna suck if it's not because I've been waiting for what seems like an eternity for this game to be released and low and behold when it dose my PSP is screwing up, lovely!!

In other news I'm really enjoying my new PS3. I have already beaten Uncharted, Heavenly Sword and Devil May Cry 4. Which were all awesome games in my opinion. I just wished they were longer. I'm not used to beating a game in 12-15 hours. The only game that I have tried so far and didn't like was Oblivion, I didn't see what all the hype was about, I played it for like 5 hours or so and just could not for the lif of me get into it. So I traded it in at Game Stop on Friday night. Also I'm am almost finished with my first ever play through of Final Fantasy VII, I am on disc three now. Let me just say to be a ten year old game I absolutely love it and can't wait to finish it.

Nothing to much to talk about, I got my third tattoo on Saturday, it's on the underside of my left arm, which surprisingly less painful as I predicted . Well that about sums it all up. I hope you all are doing well and hope everyone had a great Easter holiday.

A PS3. I finally found a 60 gig PlayStation 3, I found it on eb games.com. It's a refurbished one but hey it was the one I wanted and it was at a good price so I order it yesterday and it came in on UPS today. I wasn't expecting it til the end of the week but the sooner the better. I haven't gotten a chance to go out and get any games for it yet but there's always the weekend. If any of you guys have any suggestions I am more than welcomed to them. My PS3 id is rwhite82 so if any of you wanna add me just send me a friend request and a message and I'll be more than happy to add you. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that it will not play any of my Japanese import games, stupid region coding. But anyway I'm happy about my purchase.

As many of you know I am playing through Final Fantasy VII for the first time. I am very pleased with what I have experienced so far. For years all I heard about when people talked about Final Fantasy VII was the death of Aries. So, finally I decided to see what all the hype was about and play the game for myself. I'm glad I did. So, I was playing along and came to the scene where Aries is laid to rest by a certain villian. I was expecting so much more. I mean, it was sad, but I don't think there was enough emotion put in to that scene. Square could have really done a better job portraying this. I heard from many people that they cried and got all upset, but for me, I was just like "eehhh" ok Aries is dead. Don't get me wrong, it was a real turning point in the game, and I feel bad for Cloud, but it could have been so much more than what it was. First off let me start off by saying I hope all you guy's and girls have had a wonderful Christmas, I know I did ! We have a rather large family so my Christmas actually started on Sunday morning with a Christmas breakfast at my grandmother's on my father's side, it was great, nothing like getting up in the morning to go eat some breakfast and open gifts, I think the breakfast was the best part though cause everybody knows grandma can "hook it up in the kitchen".

Then after that during the same day I had to finish up some very last minute shopping seeing that my cousins from my mom's side were coming over at 3 pm the same day, I went to the Mall and Best Buy, let me tell you I will never ever wait till the very last minute to do shopping again. People are crazy when it comes to driving, parking spots etc......, I almost got into two accidents on the way to the mall because of people pulling out in front of me . So I was glad to be done with all that . So I got back to my house with about forty five minutes to spare before people started showing up.

Then came Monday we all had to go see family that we didn't get to Sunday and then after that I went to go deliver gifts that I had bought for my friends. But it was all worth it because this morning I get woke up pretty early to go up stairs to see what "Santa" had brought me and let me tell you I wasn't expecting much but I got a Wii Christmas, so I'm pretty stoked first thing I opened was the Wii Play with remote,which was great cause I was needing another Wiimote, then the next thing was Super Mario Galaxy then Metroid Prime 3. I was thinking wow this is surely enough but they keep on coming the next gift was the Wii Zapper with Link's Crossbow training with Final Fantasy II for PSP taped to the back of it.Then I opened up a few more gifts and out of no where my mom comes out of the back room with Guitar Hero III Wii edition. "Santa" was wayto good to me this year and I appreciate very much. We'll I just thought I'd share my Christmas holiday with you guy's and girls,like I said at the start of this little blog I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas.

As of Friday I am the owner of the Star Wars Battlefront PSP bundle and Final Fantasy Tactics : The War of the Lions. I got the Star Wars bundle for the White PSP not a big Star Wars fan but the new Battlefront game is pretty cool. I haven't played the Final Fantasy game that much yet but for those of you that are interested I'll keep you posted on my thought's of the game. I was so surprised at the weight difference in the old model PSP and the new slim version . The old one feels like you've got a 5 lb weight in your hand while holding the slim in the other feels like a piece of paper, it's amazing. It's not that much thinner , well to me any way. But the way the redesigned the PSP is, it feels better in your hands. Now there's one one thing to do is wait for new the Kingdom Hearts : Birth by Sleep th come out and can't forget about Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core.

What's up ? Well I finally did it, after months of searching like every Wal-Mart, Target,EB Games and Game Stop in North Ga, I got a Wii. I love it the only games I have for it right now are Wii Sports(which came with it) and Super Paper Mario. I'm currently playin Super Paper Mario which is awsome I've been a fan of the Paper Mario games ever since the N64 .So I just thought I'd let you guy's know
