Anyone out there who can clarify that?

and what might be the difference between sdvo/ADD2 pciex16 slot and a regular pciex16 slot. bcoz i learned that first one can not

accomodate pciex16 graphic cards like 8800gt. What basically is the difference in hardware? Although both slots are pciex 16.

has been provided with this pc. So i also know abt psu which i'll upgrade with cooler master 600W. My question is specific to

dc5800 microtower pciex16 slot. Does it support pciex16 graphic card or not.

And pls stick to technical query, it is not wise to give unnecessary comments on wether i should have built it myself or not.

I am in big trouble, please help me.

I got a hp compaq dc5800 microtower pc and want to upgrade it for games.

I want to install a pciex16 grphic card (like 8800 GT) but i am not sure its pciex16 slot supports this card or wether it

supports only SDVO/ ADD2 cards. Pls help me guys, if anyone has installed such graphic card in dc5800, please tell me.

I know that dc5700 microtower does not support such card but i wan to make sure for dc5800.
