Hello to everyone! I'm finally back after being gone for more than a month! Things here in Santorini are going quite well, the hotel is very good though I'm working long hours and my colleagues are fantastic. The island is unique, extremely beautiful and I'm having quite a good time. Unfortunately I didn't have the ability to be online till now, but from now on I will be frequently... This has to do with Lucas Arts Adventures Union... Here is what happened. There is one certain officer (allow me not to use a name) which has done almost nothing for the union. No posts, no homepage bulletins, nothing. I had't even noticed it but then I got some PMs from 3-4 people that visit the board a lot complaining that this officer should be demoted since they don't do anything for the union and replaced with someone that will do things around here... I contacted the person many days ago and they said they weren't able to be online but from this time and on they would. Still nothing. So, What are your thoughts about it? What would you do if you were in my place? Cause I'm getting quite confused on what I should do.. P.S: Also, for any of you that remember it there was a problem with deleted threads. Some members expressed their concerns that maybe this officer did it, since they are the only officer that do not participate in the board and since only officers have the power to delete threads.

Time has come for me to leave. As some of my friends already know, I'm leaving for Santorini, a greek island, where I will work in a hotel for the season. The hotel is one of the best in Greece and Europe and I'm very excited about getting this job. However there are some things that make me sad that I have to go. First of all I will have to be there for 7 months. No days-off, so no chances of leaving for 2-3 days the island... I will miss my family so much. Secondly, my boyfriend is in army, at the moment here in Athens and in one or two weeks he has to go to Didimotiho... which is very very far from Santorini and I don't know when I'll be able to see him again :cry: And last but not least all my friends here in Athens will be very missed :( Anyways I hope everything will be ok with the hotel and I won't have any problems.. Wish me luck!
