And Blazblue isn't really an anime fighter. (I still don't like Blazblue, or most anime fighters).

Anime fighters are like Mealty, and other games where everybody has an airdash.

@makryu It was already done before. I think you could do this in Tekken 3DS, and I'm sure you could in SSF43D.

In the later, everybody hated it, because it cut down charge times.
