Welcome back Sony!!!!!

The day was 2/2/07 when I made up my mind to bring Sony back into my home. I'm sorry I ever left it. From the moment I touched the familiar controller, to loading up Resistance: Fall of Man, I felt right at home once again.

I put it to you all like this. As my previous immature blog stated, I owned a 360 and had all the top games that came out for it. From Call of Duty 2, Fight Night 3, Saints Row, Smackdown vs. Raw 2007, Prey, Gears of War, etc. I enjoyed the system and enjoyed accomplishing the achievments. Very user friendly and the online abilities are worth the price of admission. But "in the end," and I like to quote the words of Linkin Park, "It doesn't really Matter!!!"

I went through three XBOX 360s because of the rings of death. They kept sending me a new one but after three months of play the consoles all went haywired on me. I actually bought a seperarte wall unit for it so it will have no reason to overheat or any other problems and still came with the same results. Great cutomer service but not worth the aggravation of having to send your malfunctioning system back to them and wait two weeks for another one. Also, several brand new games, fresh out the wrapper froze on me on my first try of play.

I've never had any of these problems with Sony before on any of their consoles. So now I'm back with Sony and after playing Resistance, I can see its well worth it. The fact that I have a Blu-ray player (and I finally understand what its capable of) just adds icing to the cake. Not only that but unlike 360 all of my old PS2 games work fine on my PS3. I couldn't ask for more.
