I had such high hopes for this game. A mech class in any game=me happy. However this game let me down. It's just too short and repetitive. Playing the same levels over and over, but at different starting points, does not distract from the fact I have seen the same place already. As for the story...there was a story? I found myself skipping over all the talking. (yes, you can skip) I played, beat the game, and had no clue what i was fighting for, and didn't have an issue with that at all. Most people tell me they skipped over the talking as well. With that said...the game does not fully suck. There is a tower with 101 floors and lots of different weapons to get in game. You can also play as two other classes, and view their story. The best part of this game is online play. You can do random play, and be set up with someone you don't know, or get friend codes and team up. It's good, smooth play online. However..it's still the same levels you played in story mode, so don't get your hopes up of seeing something new. in all 3/5 check it out, play, enjoy, but don't plan for the greatest game ever.
