Ok, I'm looking for a new badass shooter. I need something with awesome sound, and great graphics (doesn't have to be top notch but I can't stand looking at ugly environments)

I was thinking about getting a Ghost Recon and a Rainbow Six game, but I have no clue which ones to get.

Should I get the newest ones? Or which do you think are the most intense for a single player? (won't be doing any online or multiplayer)

I thought ghost recon 2 summit strike looked good, but wasn't sure about the rainbow six games.

The xbox is dead as dead can be, microsoft would never make Bungie delay halo 3 and piss of 360 owners (like me) to put it on their dead system that only poor people still ow and play..hockey_player_1

Ok, I thought the first boss in Ninja Gaiden Black was hard, but this one is just outright frustrating.

So, I have to take down a bunch of baddies + a boss while keeping myself and some chick alive.

Cool, after 3-4 tries, I get all the baddies down. Now, for the boss.

I have less than 1% life left. And I start fighting him.

First off, the chick isn't shooting him. She has been shooting baddies since the start of the fight, why not now?

Ok, and so I'm going toe to toe with this guy for probabaly 5 full minutes.

Is there some trick? Is the game bugged out? I have it on pause right now, and am going to go try and keep killing him. I'm able to attack him at certain times, but he just won't die.

Another wierd thing, I can see the save point at the end of the room, it showed up about halfway through the fight. Shouldn't that show up AFTER the boss fight?

I tried playing it and gave up after a few minutes. I found it terribly boring and the Aiming recticle moved waaaaaaay too slowly for my liking.matthewmw64

Halo 2's gameplay is much tighter than that of Black.  Plus you'll probably finish the single-player mode in around 6-hours.  With no multiplayer whatsoever, I think there is only so many times you can go through the single-player mode.  Especially when you're continually put up against the AI, which isn't very bright.  It has great graphics and gun-selection though.Foolio1
