I can understand that the ds sells more then the psp for two reasons:ITS CHEAPER and IT has all this GAMES for kids
BUT I dont GET how people say that its better then the psp!....
the PSP is a FREAking PORTABLE media device.MUsic..VIDeo...PIctures...even freaking Internet!!....THe psp has the best game ever created for a handheld MGSPO....what does the ds has...games..no....MATIO CART and joshi's island are the only two games that i kind of enjoy but thats it...Nintedogs!??...WTF....i dont get how gamespot gave that score to such a CRAP game!....chat...OMG i dont even wanna talk about this crap!
I actually dont play my ds any more(wating for Zelda).....I can say the ds is a good handheld console....BUT better then the psp.....NOT AT ALL

You said it in your post. Its a media device, not a gaming system. If they would've stripped it down and actual devolped actually good non PS2 ports, then it would be better then a DS. But the DS has more games. Lets some it up in one sentence:
Pokemon+Zelda> Everything on any Sony portable ever, now and future.
