my laptop is very laggy, mouse movements, game, long boot up times

i scanned with avg and win defender and everythings ok so the problem must the registry

so whats the most effective registry cleaner, preferably free

what the most recent driver for the x1300

or

does would the revision 8.411.0.0 driver work

ok i cleaned it with no luck

i have a dx9 card and run the game on 800 x 600 res with settings on low and medium

i also had the same problem with the ut3 demo in the snow like level

-is this only in levels with white environments

-is this a problem with the unreal engine

correction it's not snow, but the glitch looks like snow

I FINALLY GOT IT WORKING FOR NOW :D

another question though is there someway to fix or get rid of the snow effect on the second level??

ok a blue screen pops up when loading the new campain

directx diagnostic tool is saying i have version:6.14.0010.6618

while in the device manager page it says i have version:8.261.0.0

sorry for not know much about computers, i trying to learn lol

the highest version i could find was the catalyst mobility 7.10 driver would this work?
