MGS4 is the better game in every department. MGS4 was the most visually appealing game this year, it had the best character models, lighting, settings, and sound...not taking anything away from GeoW2 but MGS4 was possibly the most polished game I've ever played. Without question MGS4 stood alone among video game story telling this year, each Act had a heartpounding scene with beautifully done camera angles and music...Kojima went above every MGS fans expectation. Now I know many people believe GeoW2 has some of the best gameplay mechanics seen this gen but this is were I believe MGS4 really shines over GeoW2, sure the shooting might be tighter than MGS4s and the cover system was implemented a lot better but when you take in account the fact that you can only do about 1/4 of what you can do in MGS4, thats where you see the difference. You practically have total control of your character and the way you want to go about each situation. Its just hard for any game to top what MGS4 had to offer in the gameplay department. In the end I agree withe GSs GOTY choice and their GeoW2 score, I found GeoW2 to be one hell of a roller coaster ride and couldn't see myself scoring it anything lower than AAA but at the sametime I see MGS4 being the better game by more than 1 point. actually the first one was better... in seemed like everything 989 studios touched...turned horrible... sports, twisted metal 4, etc

and this is the best arcade/off road racing game....forget imo...it just is....f'n sick
