Hi guys, Im having an invalid display mode 1280*720 fatal error so I cannot run the game. How could I fix this??

Ive installed on Vista but d3dx10_33 was missing.  So I went to a website, downloaded this file, installed, and after that I got the same 1280x720 Invalid reslution error.   How can I fix this?
