So I haven't played a Tomb Raider game since Tomb Raider 3 and for the most part I'm pretty glad I didn't. I really noticed the series beginning to take a turn for the worse with TR3 and then they came out with Angel of Darkness which just looked like a bad joke.

Well for the first time since TR3 I bought another TR game; Tomb Raider Anniversary for the psp. When I first started it up I got a little nervous because there were some graphical issues in the opening cut scenes; some sort of flikering at the bottom of the screen. Thankfully after that I haven't noticed any more (at least not yet) and the controls, camera, and new gameplay additions have felt silky smooth. Albeit, I'm not very far, It has the same sort of magic the first 2 did on the PS1. Crystal Dynamics has really done a fantastic job turning the series around. I'm having a blast with it.

If Tomb Raider Underworld Is anything like this I'm really going to have to check it out.
