is there a way to get the multiplier up? my morale is at 100, but when i finish a mission the multiplier stays at 1X

just so everyone knows, it has to be an updated version of the game, the only reason y we didnt find it before is cause we didnt want to lose the dupe item cheat. Its directly between the island with fort grief and bravil.pretty well right above the L ind bravil

Yes I down loaded it, I have fort grief on my map nothing else, no mission marker has shown up.
