yeah, that's the downside, no bundles, no LEs. thats why i'm buying gears/fable, i want LEs. otherwise i'd probably rent em. um, i already had gh stuff, and i was waiting for the new drumkit, which is out now, and its amazing! worth the wait. for you, you gotta wait for a time when your not as busy, like summer or a break of some kind. just use those 3 reasons i gave on my first post, they're basically all u need to decide.
oh and since you've never got it before watch out for awesome deals!! i think u could get one game a month for as low as 4.95.. maybe even get 400 ms points too. idk i saw that on my dashboard once. yeah, take advantage of that sometime
typically a new popular game will be like $50 or so.. if forgot exactly, anyways, you just click on "keep it", and they ship you a brand new case, (free shipping) to keep your game disc in. very nice system, i got rock band 1 for $40 that way, like a month after it was out. oh, the prices usually drop on em after a month, which makes sense, considering you just paid them that difference after a month. two games is the best way to go, but u gotta have time. i don't have it now, i bought rock band 2, will buy fable/gears.. then i'm taking a break from buying, maybe gamefly all the games i'm missing out on next summer. IF they send me a good deal email
well you gotta account for shipping time too bro. for me, i did a two game plan, and it took like at least 3 days after returning a game, i'm from MN. um, so if you play the games on a weekend, and then return it, at least you should have another for the next weekend. i think a one game plan would work for you, probably $12 a month. i'd get SWTFU, then Fable next month, then Gears next month, then guitar hero,... all for $50 rather than over $250
This is a very serious issue for me. Gears of War would have been my favorite game of all time IF it would've had a ranked system to party up with your friends and play against other people. I am definitely not a fan of the PC style lobbies. Call of Duty 4 has matchmaking, and its spectacular. Halo 2 has matchmaking, and its still in my opinion way better than Halo 3, but that's another story. Point is, great online 360 games seem to have matchmaking, and I will not drop a cent on Gears 2 unless it has it! I haven't found anything online to suggest it does, people say it does, but there's no proof. If anyone can say it does, and verify it, that would be awesome. Thanks
