Considering what I've already seen on the movie, I'm not expecting it to even be good. This song does not change that. That being said, I don't think it's as bad as the article made it out to be.
@elessarGObonzo: After some digging, I found out this only applies to PC and STEAM copies. If Zeromanzero bought it on console, they'll have to pay for it again.
I just bought this game and can't imagine paying to skip levels (as the satisfaction of leveling is one of my favorite parts of gaming), but to each their own, I guess. If the people want it, we'll see it happen more and more, if they don't, it'll fade away.
@Furwings: I hadn't thought of that aspect, but I'm certainly guilty of comparing my score with my friends', and that does add an extra bit of fun, especially in single player games. The Xbox brings you back to your buddies, even in single player.
@Rushaoz: I think the key sentence in a lot of the console debate is in that last paragraph: "it's where most of my friends are"
I bought all the consoles last gen and the 360 is by far the one I play the most, but that's because it's where my friends are. I look at the specs for the PS4 and I'm impressed and want it more than the Xbox One, but, in the end "it's where most of my friends are" and that's what will make the console decision for me, and what will dictate where I have the most fun.
