I have some questions about the animal crossing modern cabinet

Q1-Where do I find a modern cabinet;is it a spotlight item from Nook's?

Q2-Can I store bugs and fish in the cabinet?

Q3-If it is a spotlight item, does anybody know what date it is available?

If I can store bugs and fish in the cabinet that would be great. I'm so tired of catching them and running out of pocket space and

having to fast forward to when Nook's is open.
