Hello Gamespot!

I've made a lot of friends here over the 3 years I've been here. Mostly on the Naruto Union or various other unions I've been apart of. I just want to thank all of y'all for making it awesome.

Of course many of you have noticed my large absences and disappearances. This is all due to other communities and sites that have taken my interest/time from GS.

The first is my clan/community that I joined in November of '09 when I got my PS3 (see last blog entry, lol). That site was my main focus and attention since '09 and that caused me to have less and less time for other sites. For those wondering the site is Seriousless.com. It's not a traditional clan in that we don't ask for any requirements like KDR, showing up to matches, or even a tryout. Its a community that takes gaming as just for fun, and asks nothing in return. Only asking for a few days/weeks of activity before giving full membership.

While we are primarily a PS3 centered community, we still invite every platform and genre. I would encourage you to at least check us out.

Secondly, I joined Playfire in '11 which is a gaming community which features game tracking for all major platforms. I've found many friends there, and been integrated in the community.

This is all to let you know where I've been I still visit GS for news, reviews, and E3. But, unfortuneately I've haven't had the time to invest in GS lately. And I'm unsure if I'll be as active as I was in the past or at all. I really would like to keep in contact with all of the friends I've made around here, and thats why I'm making this post.

I'm also more active on steam then I was on PS3. (at least these days) Which I have the same PSN ID as Steam ID.

I finally Got my PS3 Slim 120GB :D:D i really like the Graphics and i downloaded a bunch of stuff from PSN's store :P

and i also got Two Games, Battlefield: Bad Company 1 :P and NCAA Football 09:D

E3 is over :( but it had some very cool games, new tech, and ideas.

Games:

MAG (so totally can't wait for it) 256 players on-line enough said.

Gran Turismo 5, Gran Turismo for the psp great racing game, cool cars etc.

Tech:

PSP GO looks cool but at $249 it is to expensive for me.

Project Natal and the Sony Motion control both look cool but we'll have to wait and see.

ideas for the big three all moving into motion controllers

From what the Nintendo said in the E3 conference I'm kinda scared for Nintendo because it sounds like they are trying to market to people who are not gamers, if they continue going down this road (of lame games) they're going to alienate the real gamers (us) (and there are more of us BTW Nintendo and we are more prone to spend more money....). So why are they going out of their way to try to appeal to non gamers and lose the base they have? according to Satoru Iwata there are 295 million gamers in US Japan and Europe compared to only 149 million people who are potential gamers.(does it make sense to anyone to go with the non gamers?) I think that the only way for people to be come real gamers is to play on our terms because what Nintendo has made is a cop out. Don't get me wrong i like Nintendo and I will continue to buy from them, and play there games. but i think they will eventually see their error.

Sony's presentation was the best of them all!, Sony responded to Microsoft Project Natal, with there own motion control which i think will actually work because there is a remote unlike Project Natal which has none. Great games, new PSP GO, i was most excited about the PS3 game MAG if it works it will be on my wish list! (a little disappointed about PSP GO price....)

I hope that the Sony conference is better than the Nintendo conference (no offence Nintendo, the only good thing about there conference was the end...) im hopeing that the PSP 3000 and the PS3 price goes down, and some cool new games. we will see

Wii motion plus, nintendo should have made the wii remote better before they came out with it, so now they have a way to get you to spend more money. Wii sports resort, i thought they had this already. It kinda looks cool, but Project Natal looks cooler (if it works)
