Hey I posted a customer service question regarding a Union leader swap 14 days ago and still no response! The status of the question is "Researching" and it's been that way since June 10th. I know this probably takes a little longer than normal questions but seriously 14 days?! Please someone explain why this is taking so ridiculously long.

Hey I stopped using Gamespot (a lot at least) and I gave my union; United Gamers Union to one of the officers and told him I'm resigning. Now I have more time on my hands and I want to start it up again, but the owner of it currently (beneatsmen) isn't active at all he hasn't been online for like 2 months! So any advice on contacting him and getting the Union started up again? I've already messaged him so got that out of the way. Oh and by the way this is my new fresh account so yeah, I still have access to my old account if you guys are gonna tell me to do something that relates to that.

Hey there, on my profile I have an emblem for tagging the one that looks like an "M" but when I look at my tags nothing shows up >:O.

And I don't know how many tags I have anymore because it's at 0.

Please let me know if you know how to fix this, thanks~
