i dont have a HD tv, most of my friends do have a 360 plus the multiplayer games is what I am looking at along with that, i do have high speed internet and, I wont have to get the wireless adapter for the 360 if I am to get it

also does the ps3 have a retail purchase forexternal hard drives like the 360 does?
