The article (while sort of pointless) is just trying to say that if you really want it to, you can get a limited gaming experience on a netbook. I think that's all it's trying to say. But I also agree with a lot of you that netbooks aren't made for it. Surf and Type all you like. Keep the psp or ds nearby in case you need a game fix.
