Dear Activision

These days I've recently purchased one of your most popular games called Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock for the Nintendo Wii. I've been anxious for a long time to get it since I'm a huge fan of the series. I haven't played it yet since Im busy right now with school duties, but I'll get my hands on it on Christmas. Anyways, getting back to the theme. I've heard that the Wii version of GH3 has the known audio problem. Every GH3 Wii owner can only hear MONO audio coming from their speakers when they're playing the game, they can't hear STEREO nor SURROUND, not even if you put it to that option in the game menu, and whats even worse that the MONO don't even sound that great! Its like the music coming out of a radio thats in AM! I know this just by looking at the Guitar Hero website forums. You guys have been getting complaints from every Wii owner and what really pisses us off is that you haven't done nothing about it. On every support card every GH3 Wii owner sents to you, they always get the same answer:

''We're already looking into this issue, in the meantime, put your Wii menu audio option to STEREO. We'll make sure we have a positive solution in the end''

This answer was sent more than 2 or 3 weeks ago and still there hasn't been any news release, no response from you concerning the audio problem. Nice job Activision for letting me buy a defective GH3 game that I have been anxious to buy since its release. How this game got passed the Q&A is beyond me! Its unbelievable how a game so heavily concentrated on music can have this problem. Its not just a little glitch happening to some, but for EVERY Wii owner.

Once again, nice job Activision. Just do something about this problem already! Right now, I'll be better purchasing Rock Band, but I only have a Wii so too bad...FIX THE WII VERSION ALREADY!
