yeah i play online. i play other games online too. today i played resistance and it didn't shut off once. if i played COD4 anymore it would just shutoff in the first couple of matches. I've mostly been playing COD4 since it was released or watching DVDs. it started shutting off a few days ago.

My PS3 won't come on anymore. it goes from red light to green light for about 2 seconds to 1 yellow light to flashing red lights. not too sure why it doesn't work anymore. don't give me that crap about overheating. i think its because of COD4. it worked fine before. it's been going off on COD4 though but it would come back on. Now it doesn't. It went off on the XMB a few times too. All my other games work fine. does anybody know if sony will send me a replacement? i have had it since march 2007. The warranty goes out at the end of this month. It had excellent ventilation. More than 1 foot on every side. It was in the open on a flat surface at the top of my entertainment center. It was kept clean all the time too. Cleaned it once every month. So does anybody think sony will replace it? It is a 60GB model. I've heard sony still makes a few 60GB models at the factory for replacements.
