I just defeated the last boss in Final Fantasy III and I must admit that I enjoyed the game a lot. It had a slow start, but midway through the game it gets a lot more fun and interesting as you receive more jobs to use. The game can also be quite challenging, but if you prepare yourself appropriately then you shouldn't have too much trouble.

I would rank FFIII as my 3rd fav. Final Fantasy, with VI being my fav. and VII being the next. Every Final Fantasy fan should play III because it shows a lot of Final Fantasy's original roots.

Now it's time to play FFV...

I just finished watching yesterday's On the Spot episode. I really liked the tribute they had to Greg near the end of the show. He is my favorite editor in gamespot and I am sad to see him go. I am looking forward to his last review on Rogue Galaxy, I hope the game is good. I wish Greg the best of luck in the game developing industry and hope that he makes some kickass games!

I was surfing around Gamespot and I found the game Rogue Galaxy for the PS2. The game's battle system seems interesting. It reminds me a lot of the Tales series.

I enjoy both real time battles and turn based battles, but I think real times battles in RPG's could be done better. Instead of just button jamming a single button to do "combo's", there could be like directional pad + button moves and combo's, like a street fighter game. I don't know how exactly how it would work, but it would be cool to see.

I found this game while surfing the web. It's kind of like a sim game, where you play as a 3rd world farmer. I'm not sure if the game is just for fun or if there is a message it is trying to convey. It is possible to win though. Here's the link:

I love new years. It's just another excuse to party!!

The past couple of months have been very exciting w/ the Nintendo Wii and Sony PS3 coming out. This year should be VERY interesting! How can any gamer not be excited??
