Chinatown without a doubt, it was built from the ground up to be a portable GTA and not just a PS2 port. I have clocked 8 hours in it so far and having a blast.

All the COD games are very arcade like, being very action packed and intense and COD:WAW will be no different...that's the series strong point. As for the similarities in looks, its running on the COD4 engine which will show some base level similarities such as bloom levels and so on. As for the perks/leveling system this was a great new addition to COD and I see no reason why it shouldn't be in this game and every game from now it, it gives a bigger purpose to multiplier.

Why so much hate towards COD here? The COD series has always been about fast and intense action which made COD1 the smash hit that it was. I have enjoyed all the COD games (incl. cod3) and imo they are vastly superior to most if not all shooters which are currently out. As for COD:Waw, I really enjoy the ww2 setting so for me it isn't too much of a problem and the co-op gameplay should add alot of replay value to the SP and I think the MP will do just fine, COD2 is still popular and they based this game on the COD4 formula which isn't a bad start.

Both, I dont see why everyone thinks cod3 sucked it got good reviews and had a great SP/MP (considering the development time allowed). But thats bandwagons for you. Anyways both games look excellent and are worth a purchase.

[QUOTE="phil16-psp"]

Are you using lowest graphical settings or something?

I was actually thinking of picking this up, but I mean it just looks like wow...even down to the mounts (wolf/kodo). I hope when it releases the gameplay with trump the visuals.

BSC14

Remember there is no aa or af and there is also a texture bug that they are working out. To be honest the game looks good in motion though.

And it looks a lot better than WoW....far better.

So how polished is the game? In terms of content etc? what are the best and worst points of WAR.
