Alright...gta4 is extemely over hyped if you ask me. Most people I have talked to (including employees at big name game stores) say that all they do in gta4 is drive around and do nothing. If you like previous gtas i guess you could like this one too. Uncharted was excellent!!! As far as it being just a rental, well, I beat MGS4 in one rental also. Its the extra content and collecting all the goodies that makes it more fun over time. Gta4 definitely longer but Uncharted more fun...bottom line.
For some reason, when I download some games, e.g. Condemned 2, Devil May Cry 4, I cannot play the demo. The screen gets kinda fuzzy but I can still here the music. It's like the game is running behind the fuzz. I have tried to download again but I get the same problem. I have also downloaded countless other games with no trouble. This has only happened with 3-4 titles. Any ideas what is going on? Thx
i dont like to point out names but whoever said that playing with bots is just like playing with people is an idiot, to put it as nicely as I can. I took back COD4 when UT3 first came out and got that instead...WOW what a morron I was! UT3 was not for me. I just dont like fake green glob lasers and crap like that. I should have known better, but I bought into the hype. Took that thing right back and reclaimed the glory that is COD4 and have never looked back. If you like ultra fast futuristic laser junk where all you do is jump around then go for it. If you like a more realistic feel, search elsewhere.
The PS3 RPGs are so few that I actually went and bought 2 RPGs yesterday and neither was for PS3. I got Atlelier Iris 2 and Valkyrie Profile 2 both for PS2. It's too bad that PS3 really hasn't done anything yet other than a port and one mediocre game.
If that picture is really of you, how about I come over and personally help you decide which way to go. But if it's not you, I think for fun and multiplayer Hot Shots is the way to go. If you just want one that you can play by yourself and enjoy I would go Condemned and RFOM would really have the best of both worlds if you and your friends are more into serious games unlike the unrealistic but still fun Hot Shots.
