I currenly have an Antec 300 case and a stock AMD cpu cooler. The cooler gets unbelievably loud when I play games. I'm kind of wondering what the best option would be. Get a different cpu cooler, get some more fans for my case, or buy a new case altogether (was thinking Cooler Master HAF)? I'm kind of tight on money at the moment and would appreciate any feedback!

First of all, yes, I'm an idiot. I've done this too many times to count. Did it with Oblivion three times, Killzone twice and now thinking about getting it again. LBP and Fallout 3 (in my defense the new ones were GOTY versions). Yes, I am aware that it is a waste of money. I'm almost 18 living with my parents and I have a job. What else am I supposed to spend money on??

I'm thining it is the drive. When I tried to restore my old data it kept freezing at around 80%. I've never gotten a defective drive from WD before...

I'm hoping it dosen't come to that. It worked fine with my stock hdd. I think I'm gonna try to exchange it tomorrow, hopefully just a defective drive.

250 isn't too big is it? I really need more than just my 80gb...

Just picked it up and I'm loving it. I don't even notice the frame rate dips people are complaining about and the graphics are pretty sweet.

Just upgraded my hdd to a 250gb. Same stats as my old 80gb which was almost full. Sometimes it will freeze up on startup and not even show me the user profiles. Also, I'm having trouble installing the new Army of Two demo. It won't get past 1%. Sackboy stops running and the background goes black (littlebigplanet theme). Can't turn it off unless i switch off the switch in the back. I'm guessing it's the new hard drive but I just don't want to have to return it.

Any other things to try?? Will Best Buy take it back since it has been opened? Would a smaller size just do the same thing or should I just stick with my 80? I know most of you are going to tell me to google it or use the search funtion but I'm fed up with this and would just like some help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Specs on the hard drive: 2.5" 250gb Western Digital SATA with 5400 rpm

Just got one and installed Age of Empires 3 on it a few minutes ago...runs smoothly on default graphics settings. Downloaded Fallout 2, also runs great. I've heard Simcity 4 runs fine. You'll need an external disc drive to install games unless you download...im planning on downloading a no cd crack for AOE3.

I'm sorry for the strong language but this sounds way to similar to my past relationship and I was with my ex for 3.5 years. She started hanging out with friends and their guy friends and little by little her time for me went from a little bit to practically nothing. She broke up with me right after Christmas in January. She started seeing the guy she was hanging out with during that time, but she lied to me and told me they started going out in April but later on she admitted to leaving em for him and they really started going out in January. Point of my story is you can't trust a shady *** like that.
