This is my first blog and may be my only I don't know.

But has any one of you noticed the steady decline in the quality of games as a whole, yer theres the blockbusters, like Crysis 2 or Portal 2, but then take CoD the newer games are crap compaired to CoD4, MW2 was a dissapointment promished soo much more but delivered nothing as good as they said, same with Black Ops and WaW. Even Halo: Reach was a dissapointemnt compaired to the success of Halo 3, I think compainies are trying to milk as much as they can out of everything, like Sonic, the new Sonics are terrible, exception beng Sonic 4 Ep 1, I'm hoping there will be an Ep 2.

I think compainies should stop thinking about getting money and make amazing games, that have only 2 or 3 sequals if nessiaary so that people keep getting new IP's and also everyone has a wider range of games to choise from.

And I know there are a lot of good new IP's but there are also soo many bad ones, make more new IP's and I will be happy.

Adding to this all, games should be much less expencive, £30 maximum for console and £20 for PC, thats in US dolars aprox $49.50 for console or $33 for PC. or in Euros 33.80 for console or 22.50 for PC (sorry I don't have a Euros button) (this is all for the current excange rate so prices may look very expencive or very cheap, or even as they currently are, but in pounds it's £10 less for console games (from average price at £40) and £10 less for PC games (from average price at £30) all at retail prices, internet is closer but mostly a few pounds cheaper).

What do you think about anything I have said?
