Honstly, I think it is well worth it. The games are really awesome, like TP, Super Paper Mario and soon coming SSBB.
All you can really do is call nintendo or email them. There are many different errors and why that happens. ;)
No one really knows when it is going to come out. But, We know it will be sometime this year. I have heard it really be online, But I am not sure. I haven't read anything about it being online for sure.
