Level: 43 (79%) ~ It's time once again for anime/manga updates. There was no Naruto Shippuden episode last Thursday, however, so it won't be included. As usual, I'll save the general updates for another blog entry.;)

Chapter 466 - Battle Behind Closed Doors
With the exit blocked off, Sasuke is forced to take on Mizukage before going after Danzo. Both Mizukage and Chojiro attack at once, and Sasuke defends himself with Susanoo. Severely weakened by his battle with Raikage, however, Sasuke soon crumples to Mizukage's attacks. White Zetsu then reveals himself to be alive, and drains the chakra out of most everyone in the vicinity to replenish Sasuke's strength. Tsuchikage and Akatsuchi then join the fight, and Tsuchikage finishes Sasuke off by using a technique the seemingly blasts him to smitherines.
Gaara and Raikage then arrive on the scene, and Tsuchikage fills them in on what he did to Sasuke. Before they can do anything else, however, Madara appears out of nowhere with an unconcious but alive Sasuke on his shoulder; and declares that he wishes to tell them about his goal, the Moon's Eye Plan...
Since Madara has pretty much always been a step ahead of everyone, I'm sure he has a good reason for revealing his "Moon's Eye Plan" to the big cheeses. Either that, or he'll lie about what his plan really is in order to send the Kages in the wrong direction, so to speak.
Anyway, him showing up to save Sasuke's life was pretty predictable. It certainly would be a surprising twist if Kishi just let Tsuchikage grind Sasuke to bits, but that kind of death would be too anticlimactic for him.:P

Chapter 376 - Execution, Extinction [Part 2]
Tired of things taking so long, Aizen finally makes his move, killing Halibel -- the last Espada -- in seconds. While the Gotei 13 and the rest of the Vizards prepare to go up against him, Wonderweiss turns out to still be alive, and lunges at Mashiro. The two battle it out for a while, until Mashiro's mask shatters. Realizing that he now has the upper hand, Wonderweiss attacks with even more vigor. Before he can finish her off, however, Kensei interviens, and gets ready to take care of Wonderweiss himself...
Great chapter, as Aizen finally decides to make his move. From what I can tell, it seems that Kensei can take care of Wonderweiss easily, but I have a feeling that there's more to him (Wonderweiss) than meets the eye...

Pokemon Dub Episode Update
DP126 - CIassroom Training!
At long last, Ash and comp. finally arrive in Snowpoint City, where they meet up with Zoey. She offers to show them around her hometown, and while doing so, the group run into a girl named Candice. Candice reveals that she's the Snowpoint Gym Leader, and Ash, being Ash, automatically chalenges her to a battle right away. She gladly accepts, but first wants to take the group to the local Pokemon Trainers' School where she teaches. Candice explains how the school works, and introduces Ash and friends to the older trainers who are taking part there.
While this flow of events takes place, it's revealed that Candice and Zoey are childhood friends who went to that very same school together. Zoey was just a little girl when she found a Glameow abandoned in a back alley. She wasn't allowed to keep it, but she brought it home anyway, and Candice defended her when a teacher of the school told her just that. An agreement was then made that Zoey could keep Glameow, as long as she and Candice raised it together.
Back in the present, Team Rocket make a quick plot to steal all of the school's Pokemon, and go through with it quickly...
Candice's voice was higher than I expected, though her character was good. The "Miss Senior" thing kind of annoyed me, though I thought the whole exchange between Ash and Jeremiah worked out well in the end. Throw in the suspense for next week's Gym Battle, and you've got a good episode.:D
Next Time: Sliding Into Seventh!
