I know I said I wasn't get an Xbox Series S, but I recently one a few days ago. Reason being I gave our Xbox One(500GB) to my nephew who wanted his own system that my mom had bought a few years for the family. I would waited till next to get a Series S but luck came my way when Gamestop had a few systems online. Got it on Friday in the mail via FedEx and sent it up easily through the App. System is just amazing and I'll be spending time with my backlog till I get the 1TB hard drive for it and I have a 2TB hard drive for my older games. Controller feels amazing compared to the the old Xbox One. I love the triggers on it and it's more clinker when you press the buttons on the controller. I tried it out on my 4K TV and it looked amazing on it, also tried it on my 42 inch Plasma HD TV and it looked alright on it despite not being a 4K TV.

Won't get a Xbox Series X/PS5 at launch
by pillarrocks on Comments
As we get near to November for the launch of the Xbox Series X, I been thinking that I won't be getting one. I have an Xbox One but hardly use yet I finished Gears of War 3, Judgement and 4 and recently started Gears of War 5. If Microsoft announces Gears of War 2 Remastered then I will get a Series X but probably that won't be till 2022 as I thin the Series X will be $500 at the most. As for PS4, I haven't even put a dent in my backlog and the PS5 launch lineup with Spiderman Miles Morales doesn't really interest me and I haven't even finished Spiderman yet. Ratchet for PS5 does surprise me though I haven't even play any of the games in the series though would eventually get a PS5 for Ratchet. Another thing is the price as I predict it would be close to $570-$700 if you were to get a game an extra controller and a warranty for the system. I don't even have the money to get either system and wouldn't even spend close to that amount of a gaming system on day one. I remember when I got my PS4 I waited till 2015 and got the Batman Arkham Knight PS4 bundle for $400 and was worth the wait just for what games were coming out a year later. More than likely will wait till 2023 as I feel the PS4 has a few more years left before Sony decides to go full force with the PS5. Hopefully Sony by then releases a Greatest Hits for PS5 and a PS5 Slim gets released and we see a God of War 2, etc.

The upcoming sequel to the Jurassic Park franchise looks overwhelming to me. I am a huge fan of the trilogy and have seen them all in theaters as kid through a student in high school. I just can't get over at how bad the trailer looks for this movie. It looks like it's more focused on being an action movie then what the previous movies were. Even the CGI looks terrible like a movie that you would see on the SyFy channel when they show those lowbudget films like Sharknado. I wouldn't judge the movie until it comes out next month. I plan on seeing it opening day with my nephews as they love the first three films. I could go on and on about what I dislike but I'll just leave till next month. Maybe this will be better than Jurassic Park 3 which I found to be alright aside from being short and not on par with the first two films.
The Virtual Console on 3DS should be better

I was looking a the 3DS Eshop and noticed a few things that caught my eye. They have NES, Gameboy, Gamegear, and 3DS games for download but are missing GBA, SNES and Genesis games. Now i know Nintendo has no plans to put GBA games on Virtual Console according to their ambassador program. i just wish Nintendo would bite the bullet and release GBA games on the 3DS. I would gladly pay $10 for the following games: Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero Mission, Pokemon FireRed, Pokemon Leafgreen, Pokemon Sapphire, Pokemon Ruby, Mario Advance, Mario World, Mario Advance 3, Castlevania, etc. Even if it was just Nintendo first party games, it would be a start. They can even offer DS games for $15 like Mario 64 DS, Pokemon Silver Soul, Pokemon Diamond, Pokemon Pearl, Pokemon Platinum, Pokemon Gold, Castlevania Portrait of Run, etc. This just seems like a missed opportunity by Nintendo. They could be rolling in the money right now and I am sure people who missed out on these games would rebuy them.
