I'd get Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles or LocoRoco 1/2. 3 Hours should be enough to get by a good few levels in either, both will take longer to finish. You might be able to finish God of War when you're flying back. So yeah I'd recommend any of those 3 to get the most enjoyment out of those 3 hours.
I'm guessing it could be Max Savage... I doubt it will be ZOE. And MGS has a history of first being announced at TGS. So my guess is either Max Savage (ie. a game based on the dream sequence from MGS3) or none of these 3.
I wonder why gamers seem to constantly mention their girlfriends in posts. Talk about seeking attention... anyway. I tried to get into the game but couldn't. If you're willing to put in the time then you might like it. But as far as I could tell there's a very steep initial learning curve.
Probably Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles. Finished that game 100% :). Took quite a while. I switch around a lot on my PSP so there's nothing I play constantly.
In terms of games made for each handheld, just check metacritic and you'll see that the DS obviously wins. I still prefer the PSP for reasons I can't discuss here ;).
No way for us to tell you if you don't tell us what you've played. Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles is excellent. Crimson Gem Saga is out soon enough and it's a really good JRPG. The Asian release is in English though the translation is pretty poor.
It won't help now but I download the asian release of Crimsongem Saga to try it. It's not out here until later this year. The english translation is poor (hopefully this'll be corrected in the US release) but the game itself is excellent. And I don't even like JRPGs. Should check it out when it comes out. Disgaea and FFTactics are good but I would recommend Jeanne D'Arc over them. It has a better story than Disgaea and isn't as long as FF Tactics. That may be a bad thing in your book but I found Tactics to be a drag right from the start. The battles just take far too long. Brave Story: New Traveller is quite good. It's fun and doesn't take itself too seriously. But it has random battles which I hate though you mightn't mind that. Star Ocean 1 & 2 are supposed to be pretty good. Though the combat system sounds very "mash x". That's all I can think of at the minute. There are a few others though.
Honestly from what I've seen lately I'd say Infamous. It looks a lot more polished than Prototype and I think it looks a lot more focused which would lead to a more satisfying experience. I think Prototype will get repetitive pretty quickly. I've yet to see a part of the game that isn't just blowing stuff up or sneaking into a place. I think it will be fun to play but the fun won't last for very long. It just seems pretty mindless. But then again there's probably a lot I haven't seen in the game. Still I expect Infamous to be better.
