WTF TGS'08. Since i have started following TGS it has broken my little fanboy, hardcore gaming heart.

Item1: Tekken comes to X360 :cry:. Worst news EVER specially since another Japanese Playstation staple, Ace Combat, was made an X360 exclusive. Well it could be worse it could be an X360 exclusive to milk japanese sales.

Item2: Micrsoft, Ensemble and above all Bungie (as they let Ensemble do it in the first place) have decided that the would have flood before (chronologically in Halo's universe) Halo:CE even though everything about Halo lore oozes, and almost relies on, the fact that the flood did not appear before Halo:CE but ensemble decide to go ahead and put flood in before then just to piss me off. My entire respect for ensemble has been lost (i used to love you because of AOE but now no longer).

Item3: Halo:Recon have decided that they would make a halo game that didn't Have MC in it. Bungie you have gone insane and i hope that game doesn't sell hell i won't even buy the game. Every Halo (except Halo wars cause that is RTS) needs MC and they decided to go ahead and put someone in who, if you know anything about Halo) should die the first time a plasma blast comes near his body (reason is f***ing hot and the only thing that protects MC is his amazing crazy shield).

So I moved my desk around a bit the other day. I like it this way :D

why did u get an alienware from my experiance they are REALLY over-priced you should've just made your own or upgraded what you had

Ok right now i'm not really concerned about a cpu i think 10 ghz total is more than enough to proccess the AI what i was trying to say is that what will my graphics be like from my practice 30 is more than playable and 40 is very smooth and if i were to get a new graphics (which will prolly happen at some point in the future) is it a good plan to chuck another 9800gtx in there or ditch it all together for a 9800gx2

EDIT: i DO NOT want an 8000 series card just so you know i'll prolly upgrade in a bout 6 months and by then the 8000's will have hit the dustbin IMO.

Hi everyone. first off i know i don't need RAM or a cpu but would like to know if i have to turn down the settings to get playable frame rates on high detail. i just got this new pc and picked up crysis for a bargain (about US$30 (NZ$50)). anyway on to the pc

CPU: Intel quad core Q9300 @ 2.5 (may overclock but don't really think i'll have to)

RAM:4GB ddr800

Graphics: XFX 9800gtx (not 100% sure which version it is but willpost when i know for sure)

also would like to know if it's worth buying a new mobo for SLI if i were to upgrade it later for future games (most probably another 9800gtx)

one thing you forget to mention in this guide is the power of 2 9600gt and the fact that they runpretty much the same as 9800gtx but at a small fraction of the cost (2 costing $NZ100 more than 1 9800gtx) as such i think that it would be good to add to the high end if not enthusiast (doubtful) 2x9600gt even though it is not available to buy retail.

i also think this guide would benefit from the exact (or as close to) the actual specs of the card in consideration of memeory speed (mhz), core speed (mhz) and memory. though many people would not know what they are looking at i think those who do would appreciate it

No I was to busy questioning why I played through the whole game. An absolute waste of time, with any luck Killzone 2, won't be anything like the original, except for the universe, I liked it.lantus

agreed the campagin was short and really really bad but the universe and multiplayer were good hope they improve on the campaign... ALOT
