It looks boring, frankly. But since it's on Gamepass I might try it one day. Perhaps someone here can tell me what makes it good.

An old-school Resident Evil game with fixed camera angles.

A Parasite Eve remake.

More 2D Sonic games.

Regarding passion, I do think that some games are still made with passion. I believe the developers had a lot of fun making Borderlands, GTA, Red Dead Redemption, Sonic Mania, Octopath Traveler etc.

Bloodstained Ritual of the Night

Octopath Traveler

Octopath Traveler 2

Stalker 2 (Far from perfect and a confusing story, but it has challenging combat and an exciting world)

Avowed (Shame on you Gamespot for rating it a 6, but then again I know that I often disagree with your scores)

I think it is inevitable that physical media dies out.

I do hope that some companies stick around to make physical copies, in the way that vinyl records are still being produced.

There are some games that I WANT physical, but digital is much more convenient for my 660 steam games, and who knows how many others on the other launchers.

Out of those, I can probably name 20-30 that I'd want physical. I dont need Steam sale games taking up space in my basement lol

To me, buying physical games that require installation on the local storage is just dumb. If you buy a physical game, you should just plug it in and play. No updates or internet required. Nintendo, for the most part has maintained this. Optical disc in this period in gaming history is backward as...

This is exactly why I don't buy physical games anymore. They just aren't physical. You insert the disc in the xbox, and the first thing you get is "This game requires an update". Then you download a 30 GB patch or whatever. And every time you want to play the game, you need to insert the damn disc just to boot the game.

Uncharted is average in terms of gameplay , but the story and production value are incredible.

Metal Gear Solid is the most average series I can think of. Never really understood the excitement.

Gamepass is great value for money and a lot better than PS Plus. I have been subbing for more than a year now.

However, some people want to own their games. That's up to them. Must be really expensive to build a collection nowadays though.

A permadeath mode?? This game takes about 30+ hours to complete. Imagine dying after 20 hours or so of gameplay, lol.

I loved this game on PS4, but I don't need to replay it.

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands in the Microsoft store. I look forward to playing it, as I really like the Borderlands series.

Dead Age. Still haven't completed it. The game is very hard, or maybe I just suck at it lol.

Maraton looks a lot better than Concord, but that isn't saying much. The game looks boring in my opinion, and I had much rather just replay Borderlands 3.

I don't game on the go, so to me Nintendo/the Switch are just overpriced games on outdated hardware.
