Wayward Cave is on the right half of the area beneath Cycle Road. You must have Cut to access this area. I think all thats inside are trainers that want to battle. But at one point, you will come to a large dead end. Here there will be a girl who needs assistance getting out of the cave because she is lost. Her name is Mira, and when you get her to the exit, she will be available as a partner at Battle Tower. Hope this helps!!
