I am constantly monitoring all these things. Browser sucks less than 1 gig of memory, and my CPU and GPU barely register any activity.

"when you open pages it goes up to almost 100% for a short moment" Huh? It doesn't spike to "almost 100%". You must be running a PC from 10 years ago.

@Saidrex Do you have reading comprehension issues? I said FROM A POWER CONSUMPTION PERSPECTIVE, that's ALMOST idle. As in it consumes very little power comapred to how much it consumes when I actually give it something that puts it in full load.

Btw, my processor stays between 2 to 5% usage. Like I said, ALMOST idle.

That's a lot of power?... When in load, my PC likely uses twice as much power as a PS4. Though its really hard to estimate how much a PC consumes, since different activities done on a PC have different energy expenditures.

For example, right now I'm just browsing and listening to music. From a power consumption perspective, that's almost idle.
