correct me if im wrong but isnt screaming mantis character is older than the naruto anime? I dont see any stealing. Yes snake holds a similarity with kurt russell's character but kojima stated that he was inspired by that movie. And the other stuff, maybe some similarities but the thief part is just ridiculous.
They should not put planes in it becasue its based on NY city. It will entice possible future attacks from them. And besides it is not ideal to have planes in it since terrorsist will be having a good time playing the game and practicing where and how to crash the planes
