everything works fine...in TF2 i even connect to EA but when click quick match or any type of custom match it says could not find server

if i try to make a server it says could not make a server

i live in india... i have played CoD4 , resistance and almost all other games online without a problem... does me being in Asia have anything to do with this... any help is much aprreciated
