Hey all i played assassin's creed 2 and i finished iti found all the tomb and the auditore history butthere is 3 secret locations that i cant found but i know there is the Palazzo Medici secret and i know it is a DLC so how can i get to PC?????

please help!

ohhh so the Battle of Forli and another DLCis all ready in the game????:o so when all see the DLC in the end of the game or when all play all have the mission???
