A Chapter Unfolds

Wassup,

This is my first blog (after so many years in Gamespot :P) and I'm just gonna talk briefly and nicely.

Basically I'm an avid video game player and I've been playing it all my life. I love it as much as life itself and it's amazing how fast it grows from time to time. From the Akira era till the PC era and now the DVD era where there are so many ports to choose from and I still can't figure out which consoles to purchase first. But after months of deep thoughts, I've decided to buy an XBOX360 first. I really dig the games they're currently selling right now and it just keeps getting better and better! And in my point of view, the 360 graphics looks sharper than the PS3, but Sony's playthingy does have it's benefits such as the PS1 game downloads, nice light & shadow graphics as well as cool games that's on it's way to stores.

College life is really hitting me like a ton of bricks. That is why I have come up with a solution in relieving stress: PLAY LOT'S OF GAMES!!!

As you can see, my Now Playing list has 10 games, meaning that I'm playing these games simultaneously. I don't really play most of 'em but what I do is I'd switch games whenever I feel like it. Right now, I'm playing Final Fantasy VIII the most. Honestly, I never thought I'd be playing this "strange" game and I kept avoiding it ever since it arrived from the late 90's. But after seeing the number of sales it made according to www.wikipedia.org, I sighed tirelessly and decided to give it a shot...and boy was I dazzled and mesmerised! It's really addictive and fun. I tried looking for the PS1 version but since the only place you can buy a PS1 game is in eBay, I bought the PC version. The controls are fine but the experience was breathtaking. Can't stop staring at Rinoa Heartilly. Sigh!

Alright, that's all for now. Thanks for listening (Or reading for that fact) and hope to see you soon.

And to the one who calls himself Mr. Greg Kasavin...goodbye and good luck. Will miss terribly and miserably. You're like an inspiration man. Take good care!

Wish You Were Here

Regards,
