I have been looking to purchae a PS3 system but can't seem to find a system anywhere locally. Have they been selling that good? Or is there a new config coming out soon for the PS3 so they are selling out their stock?
Is there anyway you could get the roster updated in MLB 2K8 to better reflect ratings and players currently? Is there a roster file you could potentially purchase on ebay to fix that or is there any update that could be ran?
I currently have an Xbox 360 but I could easily sell it on ebay and then purchase a PS3 but I am looking for opinions here. The 360 I have has the new jasper chipset in it. I have a Sony gaming console since approx 1996 with the PS1. In 2001, I got a PS2 (had a xbox for a month or two, then a 360 for a few months there too) and then early last year I got a PS3 but ended up selling it around Holloween for a 360 because most of friends had one, but they never play online so I can't take advantage of Live. I only play sports games and occasionally some racing games. I hardly play any shooter games and I don't play at all the other gaming genres that are out there. I have been a fan of Sony products (my tv and wireless headphones are sony products) for a long time but I like 360's Live format. Also, my tv is an older HD TV that only supports 1080i resolution.
That doesn't bother me all that much either because I don't play many people, if any, online and if I do want to play someone, the PS3 network suffices.
I have been reading the blogs and posts about NCAA Football 10 and they are using the 360 for the prelim screenshots.. Got me to thinking, are there any gameplay or feature differences between the ps3 or 360??
This is a pretty tough decision for any gamer... I basically only play sports games. I have PS3 currently. Would I be better off with a 360? Most of my friends have a 360 with a live subscription. With that being said, they also play shooter games and play most of them online(which I don't play too much).. Am I better off going back to a 360 or staying with my PS3?
Did anyone have problems with Madden NFL 2009 freezing at certain points? Mine froze nearly 60% of the time entering a game in franchise mode and even froze occasionally at the start up screen when the game starts.. Anyone else have problems with this on the 360?
