Ok, Ive seen alot of debate between ppl about which console will come out on top and I ant to settle this. First off I can tell you Playstation 3 will not win. They are trying to play the big box of this era and their system only really appeals to hardcore gamers and some casual gamers. While the Wii apeals to families,casual gamers, and some hardcore gamers. Lastly the 360 apeals to all casual gamers, some hardcore gamers, and some families. The 360 and wii will be close to who is first, but the 360 will come out on top. It is playing the ps2 of last generation, and the ps2 dominated. Unlike last gen Microsoft doesnt want to have the big box, They really want to system to apeal to casual gamers since they make up most of the gamimg community. Thats why the ps2 won last gen becasue most of the community is casual and it apealed to them because it was strong and in a price range they could afford. Now Sony and Microsoft have filp floped positions, so now ps3 is the big box, while 360 is the casual gamer system. The Wii will be close to winning because it offers something new. I can clearly tell you ps3 will not win but it will be very close between Wii and 360. Microsoft smartened up and they wanted to be the ps2 of nex gen which was a very good idea, but nintendo also smartened up aswell, because they new gamers craved something besides new graphics. They knew they couldnt compete with Microsoft and Sony in the power department, so they really wanted to separate themselves from Sony and Microsoft. It is a really good idea too. But in the end I think Microsoft will win because they are the casual gamers system, and they make up the largest proportion of the gamimg community.
